I’m Asha, a mom of four, a former EMS responder, and a Realtor® who believes in doing things the right way.

After 15 years in emergency services and a decade managing rental properties, I knew my next chapter had to keep people at the centre. I became a Realtor® because I wanted to help families, professionals and first-time buyers feel supported, understood, and truly looked after, without the salesy spin.

I don’t chase commissions. I build relationships. And I do that by showing up with integrity, listening well, and always doing what’s best for you.
